        Working principle
        Evaporation start-up: The material is fed into the evaporator body, usually consisting of a tubular heat exchanger. Heating medium (such as fresh steam) flows outside the tube, transferring heat to the material inside the tube. After the material absorbs heat, the moisture in it begins to evaporate and turn into steam.
        Steam transformation: The evaporated steam (secondary steam) enters the compressor, which compresses it into high-temperature and high-pressure steam. This process is similar to giving steam a shot of adrenaline, giving it powerful energy again.
        Circulating heating: The steam that has been "boosted" by the compressor returns to the evaporator as a new heating medium, continuing to provide heat to the materials inside the tube. This forms a process of steam cycle utilization, continuously promoting the evaporation of water in the material.
        Gas liquid separation: During the process of material evaporation, the steam generated and the concentrated material are separated by a gas-liquid separator. The steam flows upward into the compressor for the next cycle, while the concentrated liquid flows downward and is collected.
        Application area 
        Chemical industry: In the chemical industry, MVR evaporators usually adopt low-temperature continuous evaporation method, which ensures the evaporation process is carried out at low temperature through precise temperature and pressure control, avoiding damage to the active ingredients of materials.
        Pharmaceutical industry: In the pharmaceutical industry, MVR evaporators are used to concentrate and purify pharmaceutical raw materials, ensuring product quality and purity.
        Wastewater treatment: MVR evaporation technology is widely used in wastewater treatment. Through efficient heat recovery and energy conversion, it not only saves energy but also reduces the use of cooling water, achieving the treatment and recycling of wastewater.
        Advantages: MVR technology significantly saves energy, theoretically saving 60% -80% of energy compared to traditional evaporators, while saving over 90% of cooling water. In addition, the MVR system runs stably and has low maintenance costs.
